To travel by bicycle is
a humble, nonagressive
way to get close to people.
It is a way of saying we
are passing through with
no thought of invasion or
conquest, only the simple
will to share a part
of the war.
- Claude Herve

Volunteer

LEND A HAND
Volunteers help to get the word out to the world about the beauty of bicycle travel. Volunteers make presentations on bicycle travel to kids and adults, staff a table at events, research bicycling and grant opportunities, work with cyclists at events and tours, and help out in the office. While volunteering, members have applied their people skills, computer knowledge, love of bicycle travel, and grunt time to help us to get more people bicycling. You may even win a national award for contributing…

Our volunteer program includes opportunities here in the office, out in your community, and from the comfort of your own home. In giving this way, you will help inspire people of all ages to travel by bicycle
